Deposit

The Deposit Panel will be offering merchant users an overview of all the deposit records.
Merchant can manage and export reports for the deposits records on this panel:

01

Review Deposit Orders

  1. Access “Deposit” on the main menu to view the panel
  2. By default, the deposit record will fall under “Fund Received” panel.



  3. Due to regulation requirements, our compliance team shall need to review deposit reference (e.g. Invoice / contract) for each record to proceed your deposit record.



  4. Please upload file to submit deposit record for approval.

Check Deposit Details

  1. Access “Deposit” on the main menu to view the panel
  2. Check the details of each Deposit record by clicking the detail icon under the “DETAILS” column



  3. You can submit deposit reference document on the details panel under “Supporting Doc” section. Deposit record status will change to “Submitted” after uploading file.
  4. Deposit record will be updated to “Settled” / “Approved” status after KVB team’s compliance approval & settlement process.

Search Deposit Orders

  1. Access “Deposit” on the main menu to view the panel
  2. You can search by “Trade Date”, “Deal ID”, “Comment” & “Status” by inputting keywords
  3. Click “Search” to view search result on the page.

Export Deposit Orders

  1. Access “Deposit” on the main menu to view the panel
  2. Click “Export” and current list of deposit will be exported to an excel file and download on your browser automatically.
